About Me

Helloo :) I’m a happy, easy-going, outgoing, open, and compassionate person. I’m very social, I love good banter and am always up for trying new things. I am a traveller, physically, mentally, and spiritually, and I love all kinds of adventure. My favourite quote - ‘Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that’s why we call it the present’.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To learn more about the world through meeting and sharing knowledge and ideologies with people from all walks of life. I love having a network of friends from all over the world, for we learn more of the world through social interaction, and through knowing each other, we can grow as a society and open our minds further.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to and enjoy all kinds of music, except heavy metal.
I like to watch any kinds of movies; comedy, thriller, drama, romance, adventure, as long as it’s not too violent or too cheesy (so I don’t like most films that are released nowadays :p). But my favourite genre is documentary, as I like to learn to about the real world which I find to be just as exciting as fiction – the more alternative the documentary, the better.
I don’t tend to read too many books, as I prefer to watch documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completing a Vipassana retreat which entails sitting and meditating 10 hours a day for 10 days.

Teach, Learn, Share

One example of what I can teach would be how to read and know constellations of the night sky. I’d like to learn more arty things, such as how to play musical instruments and how to draw and paint. I can share with everyone what I can share with hosts… v
