I may not always be the first to engage conversation with a new person, but I am excited to keep one going once I've been approached. Beyond this, I'm curious, compassionate, and quick to stand up for my values, which mainly deal with my views about sexuality, self-growth, friends, and family.

I also speak Spanish (learned over the course of my entire life) and I'm learning Portuguese. As a queer man, I recognize the importance of challenging my beliefs about how others live and connect, so speaking to people form different cultures helps me do that.

Traveling is where I get to navigate new perspectives, learn about myself, and get to know the nuances of a new place and new people. That said, I travel as often as possible. I want to CouchSurf so I can get the most unique, authentic experience possible while I'm on the road.

I once performed on stage by myself in drag (high-waisted shorts, make-up, heels and all!!) at a charity event. It was splendid and liberating.
