I have just moved to Calgary so am getting involved in as many CS social activities as I can :). I can't host right now but am definitely up for a beer or hanging out. If you have any questions about Australia, travelling or animals sing out and I will do my best to help!!

Interests

I am a zoologist so animals and nature are the most interesting things in life for me. I do like my beers and partying. On the flip-side I love watching movies and tv series. I like to hike and get outdoors, beach is where I'm at in summer.

Music, Movies, and Books

All lame supernatural, horror, scifi and monster movies. Fantasy and scifi books I guess. Laugh but I love reading animals field guides and biology/ecology/zoology textbooks :S

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

New York, need I say more. Borneo, Malaysia, amazing wildlife. Working in the outback of Australia, spectacular landscapes and the most amazing animals most people don't even know exist!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have an in depth knowledge of animals, from insects to whales. Particularly Australian fauna. I have worked quite a bit on bats and invertebrates in the last 18 months. I'm always wanting to learn more about science!
