To travel and see the world, and more importantly, meet its people. I enjoy nothing more than learning new languages, and interacting with poeple from completely different backgrounds and life experiences

ABOUT ME

wow, this is a pretty big question I think. I grew up on the coast of California in a big Greek Family. Going to visit my family in Greece as a little kid, and spending summers away from my immediate family in California inspired me to travel and know the world from an early age.

Basically, I have spent the past two years traveling around South and Central America, and am now looking to expand my horizons further.

I love trying new things, foods, sports, dances - whatever. I particularly love to live and work while I travel to really integrate myself with the local life and customs as much as possible.

I consider myself to be a nice, honest guy, who loves life. I have been lucky enough to make lasting friends through many of my travels all over the world.

THough I am new to couch surfing, I have hosted people at my house, or at my families house in both California and in Greece many times- but that is very much a part of the Greek culture.

Thus far I have had friends I met in Argentina, Ecuador, Bolivia, Greece, and all over the US come stay, and in kind, many have reciprocated that hospitality to me during my travels.

It is in this spirit that I figured couch surfing would be a perfect organization to join.
