I am 100% proud Filipino (Philippines), I moved to Costa Rica on December 5th, 2007 and have been living here for 7 years now. I would consider myself easy-going, love to meet people with different culture and learn from them.

Yo soy 100 % orgullosamente Filipino (Filipinas ) , mude a Costa Rica el 5 de diciembre de 2007 y han estado viviendo aquí por mas de 7 años. Yo me considero una persona fácil de llevar , me gusta conocer mucha gente con cultura diferente y aprender de ellos .

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I heard this online community from a co-couchsurfing member, Eugene Frias. I've always been hearing great things about this so I decided to join. My experiences on this site by far is really great and I'm very much enthusiastic always for more to come.

I've met some several friends from other Latin American countries and had awesome experiences with them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:

My first couchsurfing experience is my recent travel in El Salvador in which I was hosted for the very first time by a great new friend I met here in couchsurfing - BICITECLA (Vera). My stay on her house is really awesome. I'm very much overwhelmed of her openness and warm welcome to me. I was very much thankful to her and her family members - Isaac and Marvin for the goodness they have showed me.

On May, I welcomed to my humble place my very first couchsurfer guest - ANGELI TABAMO from Canada. Although we're both beginners on this site, we definitely enjoyed each other's company. We went to visit the International Art Festival on the city, went to a local restaurant, visited the Poas Volcano & Playa Caldera the next day.

NOVEMBER 2014 : I travelled to Honduras last November and was given the chance to be hosted by another CS friend, DAVID COZART. With him and his friends, we were able to cruise around the city and spend a whole day visiting a colonial town about an hour away from the city proper.

Escuché esta comunidad en línea desde otro miembro de couchsurfing y amigo mio, Eugenio Frías. Siempre he escuchado grandes cosas sobre este communidad, así que decidí unirme . Mis experiencias en este sitio hasta el momento es realmente genial y estoy muy entusiasmado a los que viene.

He conocido a algunos varios amigos de otros países de América Latina y tenido experiencias increíbles con ellos .

MIS EXPERIENCIAS EN COUCHSURFING:

MARZO 2014 : Mi primera experiencia en couchsurfing es con mi viaje reciente a El Salvador en la que por primera vez conoci una nueva gran amiga en la comunidad de couchsurfing - BICITECLA (Vera ) . Mi estancia en su casa es realmente impresionante . Estoy muy abrumado de su apertura y la cálida bienvenida a mí. Estoy muy agradecido a ella y los miembros de su familia - Isaac y Marvin por la bondad que me han mostrado .

MAY 2014 : En mayo 2014, di la bienvenida a mi humilde lugar mi primer invitado en couchsurfing - Angeli Tabamo de Canadá. Aunque los dos somos principiantes en este sitio , sin duda, disfrutamos nuestros compañías. Fuimos a disfrutar un dia en el Festival Internacional de Arte en la ciudad , fuimos a un restaurante local , visitamos el Volcán Poás y a la Playa Caldera el día siguiente.

NOVIEMBRE 2014 : Viajé a Honduras el Noviembre pasado y tenia la oportunidad de hospedarme con otro amigo de CS , DAVID COZART . Con él y sus amigos , tuve la oportunidad de visitar la ciudad y sus lugares de interes publico.

I consider myself friendly and fun to be with. But then again, it really depends on the personality of the person Im hanging-out with. I can easily adopt to other person's personality. I love music and I'm a party goer. Although, because I work most of the days and regularly do overtime , I have limits on parties. I go out on weekends, whatever I can think of... go malling, watch movie,simply window shopping... or go to the nearest beach and just stay there the whole day enjoying nature or go to either a bar or disco once in a while.

I am a music lover, my collection of over 10,000 songs in my iTunes Library consist of almost all songs genre. I do love electronic-pop music the most though.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

DONE? I consider my decision to stay in Costa Rica as one of the best decision I have ever done in life. This country is so simple yet so lovely. I dont regret anything For being here.

SEEN? Tamarindo and Manuel Antonio Beach - these 2 beaches aré My favorite locally in costa Rica. I lived in Tamarindo for few months and i really love the place. Its a vibrant beach with beautiful sunset everyday and great party places at night. Manuel Antonio on the other hand is amazing because of its spectacular views.

Outside CR, I would say, i fell in loved with the blue waters of Roatan Island in Honduras. It gave me the real feeling of living in a paradise.

I've been always a reserved person, maybe because of experiences in life with strangers I considered bad, but I would want to make friends all over the world. I realized that my existence will not matter if I will continue being that way. I want to teach & share other people that no matter what skin color we have, whatever language we speak and whatever education we attained, we are all but one race - THE HUMAN RACE.

I want to learn that there are still humans left out there with same beliefs.
