I am very passionate about food and cooking. I hope that this trip to Europe and all the experiences that come with it will allow me to expand my culinary knowledge.

I went to culinary school and have worked in 4 different kitchens. I want to explore all the different types of cuisines from around the world and be inspired and taste what Europe has to offer!

I want to experience Europe not just as a tourist but as someone that lives there daily and witness their lifestyle. I figured the best way to do this was to meet locals and get to know them and their home town from a locals perspective.

Everything that has to do with food. Shopping for ingredients, planning on what I can and will make with all of the stuff available to me. Preparing it, watching a dish come together, and of course eating it and being able to share it with people and watching their face light up as they taste my food is probably the best feeling ever to me. When I'm not busy cooking, I like to enjoy a few drinks with friends, go out, explore, party. I love my trance and my electronic music, love being able to let go and dance the night away to some good music with great people.

My music taste is very narrow and selective. Back home in Canada many people don't listen to or even know what trance is. Europe is amazing when it comes to people who share as much of a love for trance as I do. Uplifting, vocal, progressive, psy trance, love it all.

When it comes to movies, I honestly am the biggest pop culture nerd, everything sci-fi. Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, you name it

I studied engineering for 4 years, letting go of all of that to pursue my dreams and passion of being a chef and going to culinary school was probably the hardest and most amazingly rewarding thing ever.

Just knowing that there are people out there willing to let strangers stay at their houses for free, just makes me respect them and gives me a warm feeling inside. It's so amazing that people are willing to give up their privacy and couch/bed for people who want to explore the world like myself and offer them a place to stay. I am willing to help out in as many ways as I am capable. I would consider myself very good at hands on work, though my best talent and passion would have to be cooking.

Words cannot describe how passionate I am about food, not just eating it, but cooking it, creating it. I love teaching people and I am always willing to lend tips and advice about food and cooking. And one thing that always follows cooking is the cleaning, and I am very good at that as well!
