I'm a medical doctor currently working in digital health.

Every person you meet can teach you something worthwhile and you never know what someone else may gain from a kind word or action that comes from an open heart and mind.

Intereses

I love food, traveling, strangers, second hand clothes from hospice, life, hiking, running, swimming, painting, doodling, day dreaming, hugs, laughing, hammocks, sunsets, bucket lists, Africa, the universe, languages, hoola hoops(even though I can't actually hoopla hoop), my family, friends, dogs, wine, home made bread, balsamic vinaigrette, the smell of chai tea, and the list could go in for days.

Música, películas y libros

I love reading. Some books that I just adore : Shantaram, Princess Daisy, Harry Potter series, The Kite-Runner, anything Roal Dahl, and I'll add more to the list as I think of them!

Algo increíble que he hecho

- backpacked Europe with two best friends in 2013: visited 16 cities and many towns and met many awesome people

- traveled in Africa: Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia and my ultimate favourite Malawi ❤️

- ran my first ultra marathon in 2015: Comrades South Africa. 90 km of running from Durban to Pietrmaritzburg, completed in 11h8min. One of the most amazing, and hardest things I have done in my life (could barely walk for a week- think I had near renal failure).

- I have delivered a baby before (a few in actually fact!).
