I have been teaching yoga full-time since 2009. I teach at a number of local studios as well as a park. I am passionate about what I do in supporting people to develop greater health, stability, and harmony physically and mentally/emotionally. My schedule allows me breaks in the middle of the day to lay out in the sun on the north shore of Long Island, eat delicious food, and be with friends and people that I love.

I love art, music, and dancing. There are a lot of talented local bands and musicians on Long Island who I follow around! I also love to write and journal, and take time each day to nourish my spirit.

I love the authenticity of meeting people and learning about a place from a local or a native! I love to help and support people in their journeys. I have a spare room with a couch in a very easily-accessible area of Setauket, just near Stony Brook University and Hospital. the train station, walking distance to grocery store, health-food store, a few bars, several churches, a park, the library, post office, bank, and almost any cuisine you could want... Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Indian, delis...etc.

Transcontinental trip from Long Island, NY to Anchorage, AK in three weeks with a bunch of friends! The Bronco broke down twice, once in Roseburg, OR, then in Teslin, Yukon. My friend sold the truck to a motel owner in Teslin, so we hitched to Whitehorse, rented a U-Haul, and drove the rest of the way to Anchorage. Great fun.
