I'm a multimedia producer who works in a variety of mediums including writing, photography, film and the web, and also a traceuse, a practitioner of Parkour.

My aim in life is to strengthen the communities in which I live, to help others as much as possible, and to contribute to building a sustainable future world. I love the things that make you feel alive - travel, exploration, being outdoors, and making genuine connections with people.
