ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Jackie Leigh Parker. I am from Santa Cruz, California, United States. I am currently a student at San Diego State University, San Diego, California, United States, but I am studying at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain through a study abroad program. I am about to end my study abroad program and I am traveling all over Europe. I've got the travel bug.

PHILOSOPHY

The little thing that keeps me ticking inside are the wonderful people I am blessed with in my life, and the fact that there is a huge world out there that I want to see and experience. I feel like there is so much out there that many people are either blind to, are not given the opportunity to see, or are just not willing to experience, and I want to be one of the many people out there that just goes for it, whatever it is, and experiences what life has to offer.

I have many interests, but right now my few passions are traveling, staying active, photography, and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love funny movies, romantic comedies, suspenseful movies, but I don't do scary movies. Music is my remedy. I listen to music everyday and I don't know what I would do without it. I am not a huge reader, but I love personal recommendations from friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been given the opportunity to travel and it has opened my eyes to so many things. Just having the chance to see what the world has to offer, gives me a greater outlook on life.

Believe in yourself. Enjoy everyday given to you. Experience everything you can. Live in moderation with a little bit of overindulgence. Be who you want to be, because living for someone else or everyone else won't leave YOU happy at the end of the day.
