ABOUT ME

I am passionate about consciousnessm mental heath, travel, sustainable living, fitness, positivity and living life to the fullest!
I've travelled to 60+ countries. Some of my favorite adventures include climbing mountains, swimming with manta rays, living among the Masai, hiking glaciers, jumping out of planes, and abseiling in glowworm caves to name a few. I am a black belt in Okinowan Shorin Ryu and a belly dancer. I love all kinds of dance, pilates, yoga, aerial silks, adventure sports, music and the outdoors.
