ABOUT ME

Updating my profile I realize I've been quite busy these last few years. I survived the fairly challenging experience of empty-nesting and already my children are out of college and making their way. I began my forth career, this time as a medical social worker and that has been pretty wonderful. I removed my lawn this year and replaced it with native plants and an amazing veggie garden and now I'm just waiting for my check from the water company for doing so. I've enjoyed traveling around a bit in the last couple years and most recently returned from Morocco visiting my son who is doing the Peace Corp there. All and all it's a very interesting life. If I could only change the world to a peaceful and sane place I'd be completely happy. Until then I'll just keep advocating for a sustainable environment and social justice.
