I recently moved back to Portland, Oregon for my psychology residency. Always dreaming of my next adventure, local or far away! I long for adventures, being outdoors, making new friends, and seeing the world, and while our traveling is hindered by training and work responsibilities for a while, we meet our adventure needs by exploring locally! I have a passion for hiking, snowboarding, and scuba diving. Give me some hiking boots and a hat and I'm ready to go! When I'm in a new city I make a point to visit local coffee shops -- I think the vibes can say so much about a city.

Despite few major trips recently, I make time to be outdoors, mostly hiking and exploring new areas. I love continually exploring the Pacific Northwest, around Portland and our beautiful mounts, rivers, waterfalls, caves and the coast!

I hiked 230 miles over 22 days in the California mountains on the John Muir Trail to summit Mt. Whitney, the highest point in the contiguous US. I also spent 6 weeks solo-traveling in central/eastern Europe, covering 7 countries while busing and hotel-ing.
