ABOUT ME

It has been more than 10 years now that I am making up work and social life in different places, curious about all that is different from what I know, curious about you and the others... Mostly cultural aspects which made me study intercultural communication and journalism.

I somehow "feed" myself surrounding me by nice landscapes and people! it gives me an unless energy! I think I am quite empathic and adapt that "energy" and rhythm to people... !

I love and need green wild outdoor area... discovering new spot in good company is probably my favorite way to spend time!
I am quite (a lot) talkative, a kind of tree talker, spending time sharing ideas and re-making the "system" in a better way is another hobby for me!

I so do love sports, outdoor one but open to new experience - always - bike polo and now undertaking to cycle the 5 continents willing to close up a loop I have started living in different corners of the planet ! With more ecological consciousness : no aircraft! No date! No fixed destination just my intuition!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the idea of CS as being like if I was staying at a friends' place... So I believe that we have to be fair as a host and as guest. This is my perspective but CS is also interesting as it brings together, under the same roof and around the same table people from diverse social and cultural background and so probably expectations.
It is for me the most genuine way to travel when I have the chance to stay at the house of some local people or at least that live and work where I travel... as I also like just travelling on my own and CS can just be a way to catch up with local without staying in the same place! just sharing local tips!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE as a host

CS is not only having a roof and a bed... I try as much as possible to be present for my guest... the minimum for me is to give the basic information of the place we are... as a host I don't have expectations or just the same feeling of friendly atmosphere!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE as a guest

CS as flatmates I try to feel the vibe of the place I end up being... sharing a cooking or drinking experience is always a good way to ice break and starts good genuine conversations!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking around NZ - South Island... purest freedom experience!
Road tripping in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Greece, Balkans, Brazil, Bolivia, NZ and Australia... and more to come!!!
Amazing people I meet on my way sometime for such a short time but so intense.... trust and friendship came out of that... does not happen much in one life but it is such a pure feeling!
