ABOUT ME

If you asked my best friends about me they would say silly things like 'the nicest guy in the world' and 'really smart'. But that's not all I am, haha. I am very open and non judgmental. I like trying new things and meeting new people. I believe in experience over material wealth. I am trusting and interested in the world around me. This all feels a bit egotistical, just come get to know me yourself :p

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in experiencing life to the fullest. You can't always do grand things, but enjoy the tiniest things that make up your life. Each new person you meet is a literally a lifetime of stories and scars. When you're uncomfortably cold remember it for next time you're too warm. If you have a chance to try something, even if you might not get anything out of it, give it a go! You may just find a new thing to love in your life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am about to travel to Vancouver for a year. Will be living out of a bag with a friend in tow. Hoping to meet some new people and experience their life for a day or two.

I like to create. I study Creative Writing, Acting and Film at university. I am a hobby photographer and like to sketch evey now an then.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have swam in an crystal clear and ice cold lake in the middle of a desert.

I have drunk enough alcohol in a single night that I should've died... without a single adverse affect (no blackouts, vomiting, ect... the doctors have no idea)

I have danced barefoot for 14 hours on dirt and rocks without any substances 'aiding' me (legal or otherwise)

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn Japanese (I remember basics from high school) French and Spanish. I want to learn to play the guitar. I would love to learn how to cook new dishes. Anything really, I just love to learn.

Teaching wise I am not sure. I know how to project my voice correctly, I am a good cook and can teach a few dishes, I can teach a lot of little things on the computer, the basics of using a DSLR... there are lots of little bits and pieces I know (a jack-of-all-trades type of person).
