CURRENT MISSION

I love to share music that I have recently created. Most with someone who is ill or in need of comfort. Sometimes we can see the music bring a smile or feeling of peace to the listener.

ABOUT ME

I started an organization of musicians to donate music for the infirm and bedridden. In each town that I play in I also donate music to people who live in care facilities and who do not have regular access to live music. I travel as a musician but I am more like a person with a day job only one that works some days and some nights.

I am now living with my girlfriend in beautiful Los Angeles where I moved from Tucson in Dec 2012. i have been scoring films and writing songs.

Smiles and joy help me stay healthy. I find joy and inspiration in helping others experience music.

Different cultures have been a source of soul food over the years. I spent 2 years in Brasil, and 7 months traveling around Central America. Then 3 years in Europe on tour and I continue to enjoy the adventure.

I am a dedicated singer/songwriter. Currently playing locally and often on tour around the world. Also finding new ways to enjoy the places I go while having a working and cultural experiece together.

PHILOSOPHY

Joy and love are what are attained by keeping others needs and your inner truth balanced in your daily life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to help people see the full cultural life of our city. When they come see us here in Los Angeles or elsewhere.

Local food, music and language are a good place to start but also theatre, community events and other families can be a great entre into a culture that is different from the one we are born to.

It is such a pleasure to be part of peoples journey and help them to find the real and daily beauties in my community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with many couchsurfing hosts. I have made friends from meeting them as guests and hosts.

I have also had experience with another site that pairs travelers with places to stay. It is called www.hospitalityclub.org

I have had wonderful experiences with both. Amazing experiences really.

It amazes me often how beautiful life can be. I'll tell you more specific stories if we get a chance to meet.

Watching others live their lives, healing each other, giving is the most amazing experience ever.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I teach people how to learn music. I teach guitar, folk, fingerpicking, flamenco, Bossa Nova, classical, rock, jazz, and others. I teach Portuguese, cavaquinho, ukelele, bass

I would love to share all of those with surfers I meet or hosts with whom I stay.

I would love to learn to draw and paint. I have some experience but want more. I would also love to learn to dance, tho i do quite a bit of it already.
