ABOUT ME

Hmmmm...all about me. Well, I'm a 34 year old recent transplant to Austin. I grew up in Dallas but have lived around the country. Have yet to live abroad but plans are in the making, hopefully India!! Whoo Hoo! I'm in no way religious but consider myself to be very spiritual....and yes there is a difference...a big one. You'll find me to be very open to whoever you are. I bring no judgement only the desire to know you. As far as politics, if you care to know, I would say I am left leaning but definitely do not attach myself to any party affiliation. Politicians have proven to be the same whether they are Republican or Democrat.I'm a practical no-nonsense kinda guy. Jovial by nature, inquisitive, and accepting. I'm into eye contact, long hugs, and intelligent conversation. I relish a good beer and am 420 friendly. I'm really into music. I dig all kinds of genres. Love to play the drums.....i'm a novice at best. Life is mysterious and at times unfair...but mostly it's quite wondrous. Being in Austin has made me really appreciate the outdoors. Hiking, biking, and striking up a game of frisbee are among some of my favorite things to do. That's about all i have for now, you'll have to surf my couch to find out more. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been participating in some form for the past 8 years.In 2005 my roommate in New York introduced me and i was hooked. That summer we hosted people from all over the Globe and i witnessed how KICK ASS this CS community project is/could be. I love to show people from around the world that not all Americans are how they appear to be on t.v.

The experiences i have enjoyed most are the ones where people come with an open mind and no expectations. I believe that's how genuine and great connections are made.
