I'm currently a Captain in the US Army, living in Savannah, GA and stationed on Fort Stewart. I only have a few months left in the army and I'm not totally sure where life is taking me afterwards quite yet.

I love everything outdoors! Surfing and mountain biking are my loves (can't really do either in Savannah...) I'm a member of one of the crossfit gyms in Savannah and like to think that I'm not too deep into the cult. I really enjoy the edm festival scene and try to hit a few every year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd love to meet cool people visiting Savannah, and I'd also love a free place to stay once in a while when I'm the one traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love everything Sci-Fi, books and movies. Also really enjoy reading historical fiction and anthing that falls along the lines of Stephen King. A few of my favorite books are "IT," "War and Remberance," all the "Dune" books, and "For Whom the Bell Tolls."

I love the Star Wars movies, all the comic books stuff. I can't watch horror movies, they absoultely terrify me. Probably my favorite movie of the last couple years is "Ex Machina."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Me and one of my best friends from college road tripped the Garden Route in South Africa. Definitely the best trip I've ever taken. Started in Johannesburg (go to the Apartheid Museum!!!) and went out to Durban and around the coast to Cape Town. It was amazing, with great surfing, hiking and amazing sites along the way!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've got a couple couches, an air mattress and a ton of space. Happy to grab a drink or a bite to eat pretty much whenever. Hope that I can show you something interesting in Savannah!
