Hello!

I've just started traveling and I'm excited to meet Couchsurfers and Hosts!

I grew up in Page, Arizona. Beautiful sights like the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend are all less than an hour from my front door.

I'm a freelance video editor and photographer, and work remotely. I don't make much money, but I make enough to travel in less-expensive places! I'm extremely minimalistic so I spend almost nothing, which is helpful.

I'm on a mission to find potent experiences for myself. It's so easy to get nihilistic and apathetic in the day-to-day world, where everything seems the same, and I intend to rid myself of that feeling forever. I love traveling because it exposes me to new things almost every day. Life is interesting this way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people who have the same thirst for adventure as me and who love having wonderful conversations. I hope to find lifelong friends through this network.

And, of course, the free part of Couchsurfing is appealing to people who are traveling on budgets. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love beats. Lyrics are wonderful too, but a song that has a delicious sound is my favorite.

I like to read fiction and nonfiction, but my primary reason to read is to personally develop. I've been rethinking this lately, though, and have bene entertaining the idea of reading some simple things just for the pleasure of reading them, with no attachment.

My favorite movies: The Prestige, Inception, Arrival, Interstellar, and others.

Favorite TV Shows: Lost, Prison Break, Heroes, Breaking Bad, Dexter, and The Office.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I bought a Chevy Astro Van when I was 17, converted the back of it, and lived in it for about a year! I travelled all over the United States in it. It was a spectacular experience and has likely had more impact on me than anything else.
