I'm a transitioning Army Officer and private contractor that's finishing my graduate degree. I am married, have two beautiful step-children and one beautiful daughter. I live in Savannah, GA but I'm moving back to Asheville soon.

My Graduate program requires that I complete four international residencies, and I'm trying to mitigate the travel costs as much as possible. Tuition is bad enough. I also love meeting people that live in the area, because when you only have a short amount of time, it helps to have someone there to ease immersion with the local populace!

Since I grew up in Appalachia, I love folksy music! Old Crow, Medicine Show, Trampled by Turtles, The Avett Brothers, Devil Makes Three, Shovels and Rope, ETC. I love all kinds of music. Other favorite bands include Portugal. the man, Union Underground, Band of Horses, Two Door Cinema Club, EDM music, and all sorts of rap.
