I like to stay pretty active with running, triathlons, adventure races and ultimate frisbee. I travel as much as possible, mostly for ultimate and for pleasure. Currently most of my travel is within the US, save a couple of central america trips - love it down there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ideally I'd like to host some people coming through Jacksonville for a night. Work keeps me busy so extended stays are tough. I'm happy to show people around Jacksonville or the beaches when I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lately I've been sleeping in the back of my car and showering at the local YMCA wherever I am. Also, I constantly host friends from up north or wherever.

Been into indie and house/dance lately, really open to any music (no country please).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled to Panama to compete in a staged foot race through various islands in Bocas del Toro. Saw very remote villages where people barely had anything...clothes, food and maybe a toilet. They were more content with themselves and their lives than most people I've known.
