I’m a 27 year old restaurant manager living in NYC. My main hobbies include weightlifting, cycling, health, nutrition, cooking, and baking. I also play the piano and guitar in my spare time, but I don’t do it as much as I’d like to.

I absolutely love hosting dinner parties and being consumed for a day or two preparing 6-8 dishes for a group of friends, and then getting to watch a good time unravel in front of me.

I’m also (somewhat) new to the gay nightlife scene, and I quite enjoy it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m mostly looking for fellow travelers and locals to connect and meet, but of course wouldn’t turn down a lovely accommodation opportunity. For company, an ideal day sounds like exploring, grabbing dinner, and then heading out to bars and clubs. For hosts, this looks more like cooking a nice meal and then potentially heading out.

Huge Taylor Swift fan! I admittedly haven’t really read all that much since my university days, where I studied philosophy and politics and did quite a lot of it. Hopefully, I’ve still maintained enough of that to hold a conversation with you if you’re into it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a friend offer his place to stay in Germany for two months. Instead of catching my flight back home, I made a last second decision and took a 3 AM bus from Amsterdam to Germany. Best decision I ever made!

Love, LOVE to share my knowledge on baking, cooking, and fitness. I’d say I have a fairly large mental library in these 3 matters. I’d also say that I’m broadly a curious person, and would love to learn new ideas and skills from other people :)
