It's about getting to know new people no matter which gender, orientation or religion. I like to cook, the more people the more fun, though I can't prohibit miscalculation (both ways)
I don't care why you are couchsurfing as long as you really respect the thoughts, decisions and lives of others. I am sure that it will bring people more close to each other, which in any way is worth aspiring for!
