Hey I’m a kid from Broomfield, a suburb of Denver and Boulder, who loves low budget traveling! I just graduated from high school in May 2019 and I love hiking, exploring more of the Boulder area (close to where I live), and definitely doing spontaneous activities! I'm almost down to do everything, though I like doing research before I do anything. I love going to new countries and experiencing new cultures, hearing new languages, eating new food, meeting new people. Everywhere and everything has a story, after all.

I love meeting new people, and as I’m a very young adult I have like no money and couchsurfing is the way to go! Genuine human connection is really awesome, and having international friends is almost as cool as having really close friends who you've stayed with before. Also, growing up in a primarily white neighborhood full of helicopter parents and kids who live in a bubble sometimes gets old. Some of my favorite memories, adventures, and experiences have been through connection with Couchsurfing, along with many of my friends abroad! Maybe one day I will be friends with someone from every country 🤗

I like playing piano, being spontaneous, and also really enjoy meeting strangers and making new friends. I can maybe teach you... a wide variety of things from navigating the US Patent and Trademark office's website to using Unidata IDV to graph the 3D vectors of wind and convective potential of an area before a thunderstorm. Though I would say my knowledge base is rather broad with only a few areas of expertise. One thing I am (maybe) pretty good at is table tennis though.

Friendly conversation, the Chinese culture, music, good listening ears, maybe some life experience from growing up in the 21st century? Music. I can play piano and ukulele and sing decently well, I can talk about academia and potentially intellectual science talk, I’m a big physics nerd and destined for Engineering. I think I defy the STEM stereotypes though, definitely being extroverted and not introverted.
