I am an oil painter, and traditional arts lover. I am very passionate about animal rights and am learning how to spread love and non violence through vegan advocacy.
I love my daily mediation practice. Ilove hiking, climbing, and swimming in lakes and rivers, especially cold ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

climbed a slot canyon with a friend and on the way down we got lost, we had no gear for the night or cold. I also left my shoes and shirt at the bottom of the canyon.. this actually might be one stupid thing I've done.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some yoga, a vegan dinner, hopefully a drawing or painting. I also like to be helpful while staying with a host so doing dishes, cooking, and helping clean around the house is no problem :-)
