About Me

Just recently (July 2016) I have returned from a long Asian tour (21.5 months) and now it is time to work and save some money. I have two boys of whom I love dearly and they love me too. My youngest son is a nursing student here in Oslo. My 25 year old son is living and working in the United States. Having respect for all people and showing love to all people is important and a worthy goal to strive for.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people is interesting for me because I like conversation and learning something new. Most people who meet me find me interesting and kind which I feel is correct. At the same time arrogance is not found with me but instead humility is foremost in my mind.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ambient music is beautiful to listen to. My favorite book is the Holy Bible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Yet to be realized in the future be it the Will of God. It is amazing that I have followed Christ for over 40 years and have hope in the Kingdom of God ruling this earth in the near future. One other amazing thing I've done is to imagine what it is going to be like living in eternal life with the Father and Son and many other sons and daughters of God. Much thought can be given to exactly what this would entail.

Teach, Learn, Share

Giving is a way of life for me and I receive much satisfaction from this. What I can teach is more about what you want to learn from me. Learning is exciting and fun so hopefully I will pursue this my whole life. Sharing is something worthy to pursue in this life. The lust for materialism holds no interest for me since I realize the meaning of life is not in what you own. It is more who you are and where you are going that matters in this life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking is a favorite hobby of mine. Most times I like making food and sharing a good meal. My faith in God has been with me for over 40 years now and there is much hope I have for the future. In closing I will say I like to share this hope with other people for a better and kinder world than we are currently living in at this time in history.
