I've been fortunate enough to have opportunities to travel internationally since I was a young boy. In high school I was part of People to People Student Ambassador Program where I was able to have home stays with local families of the countries I was visiting. The home stay experiences were my greatest take aways from each trip because that's when I felt most emerged in the culture. Through out my life I've kept traveling a very high priority in my life.

I've always been motivated to be "successful" so that I could have the ability to travel where ever I wanted to go. I went to Louisiana State University and studied Finance and Accounting and Minored in IT Management. Job opportunities lead me to move to Baltimore, Maryland and then studied and received my CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification. I leaned into my work and then quickly became a director and a property management company and soon realized that I was putting work over most everything else I valued in life. I reached my burnout point and as of June of 2019 I left my job and have been journey since. Each place I go I meet new people that either greatly inspire me to look at life with a fresh perspective or find great gratitude in the experiences I've already had.

I recently went back to Baltimore and sold everything in my house and put the house on the market. Everything I own is now able to fit in my Honda Accord and I've never felt so free. I'm currently in a transition of moving from Baltimore, MD to Fort Lauderdale, FL but I'm taking my time and making a few detours on my way down.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hiked the the Portuguese Way of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage starting in Porto, Portugal ending a Santiago, Spain in 10 days. Thats about 280KM.
