I am a touring singer/songwriter and folk musician. I have a deep passion for travel, music (listening and playing), and meeting new people. Most of my time is spent on the road, touring/playing music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A good portion of this year will find me on the road, traveling to play music. Much of this time will be in Europe, and I'd like to explore alternative places to stay! Couchsurfing seems like a good way to meet new people, and get a better idea of what it's like to live in whatever city I happen to be in!

As for music...
I love old jazz and blues music from the 1920s (Blind Boy Fuller, Reverend Gary Davis, Mississippi John Hurt, etc.), as well as 70's country, swing jazz, ragtime, and contemporary indie and singer/songwriter music. Some of my favorite contemporary artists include Blake Mills, Phoebe Bridgers, Sam Evian, Ethan Gruska, Christian Lee Hutson, etc.
