I am Jacob Palosky, a 23 year old Peace Corps Volunteer & traveler. I recently graduated university with a mechanical engineering degree, but my heart lies elsewhere. If you ever want someone to nerd-out with you about the most obscure, old, and art-house films I’m your guy.
I’m always down for an adventure, especially ones in the middle of nature (I love connecting with the serene environment around me, it gives me energy). So if you want to go camping on top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere, that would be one of the best nights of my life!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

One of my favorite parts of traveling is experiencing the culture of a place as much as possible. This usually takes the form of meeting people, hitchhiking, and taking as much local transport as I can, eating as much local foods, and going to as many markets as possible. I decided to add couchsurfing to that as I heard it’s a great place to connect with locals and get a different experience of a place.

Intereses

I love film, and have wayyy too much knowledge about movies from all time periods/all over the world. Also card/board games, and just meeting interesting people.
