I’m a yoga teacher/mobility coach.

I believe this practice can be powerful tool for us to better understand ourselves while also allowing us to see how we interact with the world.

If you’d like you’re more than welcome to come to my class as a guest. I teach at Equinox all over NYC.

I get so many request!! please be patient.. also profiles with very little descriptions and request just saying hi I need a place to stay will not even be considered 🤷🏽‍♂️

ALSO I mainly use this as an AirBnB so that comes first.. (NYC is expensive!)

Weekdays work better as most weekends I have airbnb guest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing has always been a great way to make new friends and at the same time see the world. I like to travel and feel as if I’m walking in someone else’s shoes even if just for a moment.
