About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to learn as much as I can about new subjects, cultures, and places while I have the time and freedom to travel.

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly guy who can get along with pretty much anyone. I love having fun and experiencing new things, but I'm not a big partier. I am recently engaged, and my fiancée and I are excited to travel the world together!

PHILOSOPHY

There is much more to the world than just the place where I grew up, and I want to see it all! Also, every individual is brilliant and special in their own way, so everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to pretty much anything, but I especially like classic rock. In terms of movies, I really like comedy, action, adventure, and fantasy (I'm a HUGE LoTR fan), but again, I'll watch anything. I mainly read fantasy series (GoT, LoTR, etc.).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been on some crazy backpacking trips, but the most memorable one was when I was helping teach a group of friends from college in Pisgah National Forest, North Carolina. We ended up struggling through constant pouring rain and temperatures that kept dropping as the week went on. We had to ford rivers together in order to get out of the forest before the rain turned to snow and we got too cold! That is where I got to know some of my absolute best friends :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I only speak english, but I know a lot of math, chemistry, and physics.
