ABOUT ME
I was born in 81, I'm currently living in New York City, where I'm doing a Master's Degree at New York University. Before going back to school I lived in the Danish capital Copenhagen and enjoyed my time working as a journalist for The Danish Broadcasting Corporation.
In my spare time I play football (soccer), listen to music, going to concerts (too few) and enjoy to hang around with friends and different people.
I also enjoy going to the movies and reading books - oh, and cooking.
PHILOSOPHY
Do I have to have one? I guess, trying never to be bored with what I do...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I travelled through Europe during December 07 and met tons of nice people who agreed to host me. I'm living together with my girlfriend, but we're a bit short on extra space at the moment (NY rent prices, grrrr).
However, I'm up for a drink or something!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Again - I have only had fantastic experiences with all the nice people, who helped my around Europe in December. Everyone were magnificent.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've reported from a couple of interesting places.
In Basrah I found the Iraqi people to be amazing and friendly eventhough the situation was bad.
In China I visited a village that had fought against the local governments corruption and violence - unfortunately with no luck.
Personally, I will always remember standing on top of the volcano Etna in Sicily as well as seeing the Euro 04 quarterfinal together with a capacity crowd and four great friends - and afterwards celebrating the victory together with what felt like all of Lisbon in the streets.
And I have to mention going down below in the parisian catacombs together with two brilliant couch surfing guides.
WICKED!
Teach, Learn, Share
I know journalism both newspaper, internet, radio and TV. And I'm starting to know a bit about Africa (well, certain things, anyway).
I'm always interested in new knowledge if it's interesting.
