About Me
ABOUT ME
I love pretty places, making art, and cooking. I like to ride my bike long distances (and around town too). I'm a drummer, composer, educator, and programmer. In my free time, I like taking pictures, writing poetry, and reading. I'm currently reading 2666 by Roberto Bolano, and it's great!
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life for no particular reason, but that is no reason not to enjoy it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm relatively new at traveling, and I haven't used CouchSurfing yet because I've usually had a place to stay, but I definitely want to integrate it into my travel experiences because it offers a great mobility that I wouldn't be able to have otherwise. I look forward to meeting wonderful people and exploring the countries I visit in a different way than I have before!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As I said above, I haven't used CouchSurfing yet, but a lot of my friends do. In Berkeley, California, I live in a cooperative house of 60 people, where we host a lot of travelers (not through CS; they usually just contact us directly because we're a pretty well-known house).
Interests
books, music, photography, painting, mathematics, riding my bike, thinking about thinking, talking to friends, being silent, sleeping, dreaming, etc.
