About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm looking forward to meet new people and to share experiences. I'd like to learn also new languages and to travel as much as I can.

ABOUT ME

I'm a very sociable, friendly and outgoing person. I'm sensible and empathic and I like to share my feelings and great experiences with friends and nice people, and I like them to do the same with me. I'm also quite talkative: I like to share my thoughts and to discuss with people.
I'm really into travelling since I believe travel is the only thing you buy which makes you richer and I had this feeling everytime I did it!

PHILOSOPHY

I always believed that we are on this planet for a reason, not just by chance. And we have to improve our knowledge during our whole life through our and other people's experience.
We also have to be active and never stop looking around, being interested in new fields and finding pleasure by discovering new things.
We also have to love and to share our feelings. This is what keeps us alive!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had my first couchsurfing experience in Copenhagen, Denmark, when I was 18. I went seeing a friend for a week, during Christmas holidays and I enjoyed it a lot. Then the second experience I had in Finland several times, when I was visiting different friends around the country, and having my own apartment in Kouvola, Southern Finland.
In the last 7 years I've hosted a lot of people in my apartment in Bologna, especially during summer.
You're always welcome to visit me, indeed!

Interests

I'm interested in a huge amount of things. I couldn't say that I'm interested in everything, but I could say that I always like to learn something new.
I'm really into music and I don't limit myself to one genre only. I play guitar and drums (mostly the first).
I'm also quite into art and design, which is my field of studies. I like clothing.I'm also into cinema and I like to watch very different kind of movies, depending on my mood. The ones wich make you reflect are definitely the best!
I like sports a lot. I prefer doing sports rather then watching them. I played basketball, muay thai, american football and krav maga. Now I mostly do trail running and trekking. I do snowboard in the winter.
Last but not least, I like to meet always new people, expecially from abroad and share all those interests with them.
I believe that people from other countries can teach you new things and different ways of living, since they have a different mentality than the people which surround you in your hometown during everyday life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Really interested in cinema. I don't have a favorite director, even though I really like Scorsese, De Palma, Iñarritu, Nolan, Soderbergh, Leone and many others.
I'm really into music as well and I consider it an essential part of my life. I listen to almost every kind of it, but I prefer rock, hip hop, electronic and acoustic.
I'm a sport lover : I do trail running and many other activities. I love trekking and the woods!
Other passions: vintage items (actually every old stuff😚!), documentaries, clothing, design and art.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The nicest thing that happened in my life up to now is a 9 month Erasmus that I did in Kuopio, Finland, from October 2010 to June 2011. I met amazing people from all over the World. Unfortunately, you can have such an experience only once (or twice)in your life, but I think I enjoyed it in the best way I could have done!
Another nice thing happened during summer 2010. I did a huge trip to Germany with my old car and two friends. We visited several places in East Germany, to get to Berlin and Hamburg in the end. I loved so much that trip that it got stuck in my brain.
I could keep telling thousand other things which happened recently but I invite you to discover them ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can discuss pretty much about everything. I’m also a DIY fan and can fix a lot of stuff. Pretty tidy and clean, I can of course help with everyday home tasks. Do you want any special Italian food? I can bring it to you and cook😉.
