I'm 22, I live in Pisa, Tuscany.
I'm studying Biology, and it's my greatest passion! I got the diploma in the linguistic school, where I studied English, French and Spanish. Actually I was planning to keep on with arts subjects. But then some good friends of mine persuaded me to try studying sciences, because of my passion towards the natural world and the environment. Since then I never regretted my choice, and it was a continous enrichment of my knowledge and experience.
I like outdoor life, staying with friends and meeting new people, and even if it may sound quite assumptive, that's because it's the truth! I like talking with new people and discovering new places, and I'm flexible for new situations.
I think travelling is the best way of mixing all these things, and it gives you the opportunity to live in the best way possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel, I think that meeting people is the priority for the importance of the travel itself. I think Couchsurfing is the perfect way of travelling, beacuse it's cheap and it gives you the opportunity to know lots of interesting people, who share my same desire of making new experiences!

Interests

I love outdoor life, which includes walking, cycling, swimming, snorkelling and so on! I live in Italy, and the many beautiful places I got around always allowed me to try new ways of exploring. I also made climbing, even if I don't have many opportunities to practice it.
I play piano since I was 13, and I like playing guitar with friends, just to have fun.
I like cinema, too. It's one of my greatest passions, additionally to the music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a solo-trip by train, hitch-hiking and walking in the southern part of Europe (Italy, France, Spain)
I swam close to a shark in the Great Barrier Reef
