About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to tune in to a frequency.
ABOUT ME
I live in Montreal, but travel a lot thanks to my art and performance projects. Mainly in Europe and the US.
I am an artist. I ride my bike in winter. I cut my own hair. I listen to music before sleep. I've made bread. regular insomniac. I have five feet.
I keep very busy with many projects although I am working on slowing things down for myself! There is something thrilling in being very involved in work, art, and life. But I also want to leave time and space for the unexpected.
PHILOSOPHY
I like to see the glass half empty because it means a lot has been had and there is room for more and new. But the opposite is also true. Happiness is a choice and change is inevitable. This is a good thing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently, I was in Hawaii where I stood at the mouth of one the Kiluea volcanoes. It was powerful to feel all the energy present at this spot, access to the heart of our planet.
