ABOUT ME

I'm Jacq, an easy going and respectful couch surfer with a penchant for pedigree cheeses and a thirst for adventure. You will always find me in the kitchen at parties, usually naked and occasionally with an accordion in tow.

I love meeting new and old souls, talking about what makes people tick, sharing ideas and music and loving that strange and magical thing that has been bestowed upon us called life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting remarkable people from all around the world, both while travelling and standing still. Cant pick specific 'awestriking' moment, I have been lucky enough to be awestruck by numerous itinerant travellers, lovely locals and surprising strangers...

I once saw a man beeping his horn and waving his middle finger at a slow moving pedestrian at a set of traffic lights. The moment after, a bird swooped down and left a long streaky poo right in the middle of that guy's windscreen. It was an awesome karmic observation and it also made me appreciate the strange intuition birds possess.
