Interests

I am interested in anything. Everything! What I don't yet know interests me as well as what has already come by. If I can help you, please ask me, because I love that. Left to myself, I usually do things that give me something new to learn.

Music, Movies, and Books

All the positive ones! Read books and watch movies constantly. Very careful about what I let my subconscious tuck away, so I do my best to avoid violence, malice and other forms of nastiness. Music? Cheerful, bouncy tunes, classical music and New Age. Except I confess I also have a soft spot for plaintive music in a minor key.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my mid-30s my ex and I built a house in the wilds of northern California with our own hands. Our stuff stayed in the tent and we slept under the stars during construction. We hauled water and chopped wood, etc., and I cooked dinner every night surrounded by clouds of interested yellow jackets, all of whom kindly refrained from stinging me.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, let's see. I spent over 10 years teaching folks how to use a computer and make basic websites, am an expert seamstress and gardener, have written a book or two and can share what I know about writing and publishing, know quite a bit about metaphysics and psychology and similar topics, am a certified hypnotist, used to teach belly dancing (baladi dancing) and - shall I go on? Just ask. If I know anything about it and you want me to tell you, I will. Otherwise, I will be happy to admire how much YOU know.
