ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Jacqueline and I was born and raised in a town called Worms - I know, it's a silly name but with our 80.000 citizen we are the oldest town in Germany.
Many tourists? Yes...60+, thats the average age since today's youths dont care alot about history.
I live in a house with my parents and my brother and we have a guest room left with space for about 3 ppl.
We dont have any pets and would prefer not to host surfers with pets.
This is a non-smoking household but if you wanna smoke you can do it on our terrace.
To be honest, I do not spend a lot of time in the city I live in but rather in Mannheim, which is a big fun city 20 min by train/car from me.
You can do a lot of shopping there, go to bars, pubs, clubs, museums, bowling, etc. Mannheim has a beautiful university, which is in a castle - how cool is that ???
Now some info about me:
I am very outgoing and friendly and get along with the most types of people. have been to the following countries and places only in 2013: New York, Tunisia, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Dublin, Belfast, Munich - Oktoberfest, Düsseldorf, Oslo/Norway (2 times.
So as you can see, travelling is my first love;)
Let me tell you an experience, what made me sign in in this community.
When travelling to the States early this year I met a girl on a party who was from Toronto. We got along well on the party and exchanged numbers. I flew back to Germany and allthough I had only met her once we stayed in contact. She told me, that she would like to visit me in Germany and bring two of her friends, a married couple in the late 20's, with her on the trip. In the beginning I was very sceptical because I neither knew her very well nor them at all. But i said: Lets do this! And so they all came over in May and they spent some time at my house, we travelled to Amsterdam, Paris and Berlin together.
We all had a great time throughout and until today we all communicate in our little whats app group and are planning a trip to Las Vegas next year.
So what I wanna say is: I was open to make new experiences with people I didnt really know and I wasn't disappointed. No, I even won new friends.
I know this is even more of an experience, because you dont know the people at all but I hope to find some people who have the same intentions as I have: travel new places, have a good time, hang out with cool people, find new friendships, explore the world and die satisfied, not regretting the things you didn't dare to do.
I speak German and English fluently since I was brought up bilingual (mom from Nigeria, father German). Also I do speak French quite good- sufficient for the necessary things but not as good as German and English.
Italian I do speak a little bit but where there is a will there is a way:)
Well what else can I say? I love singing and dancing...any kind of dances: freestyle, Salsa, Merengue and Bachata.
Currently I am not able to host people in my house due to constructions but I am always open to hang out with people new in town and show them around or go clubbing or shopping or whatever.
I am a very trustworthy person and I hope to find people whose intentions are not evil - minded.
Please feel free to inbox me if you have any further questions!
