I am from Florida, U.S.A. but have been living abroad for the past 5 years. I studied Anthropology and therefore am very interested in people and culture. I also studied film and documentary film-making. I have been teaching English for the past five years. I lived in Kayseri, Turkey for two years and then moved to Galicia, Spain where I have been for almost three years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I started traveling, especially alone, I always met people wherever I went and it made the trip and experience more meaningful for me. I would like to keep doing that but now I am traveling with my boyfriend, he's Spanish, and we want to meet people in the places that we are visiting and get their advice on their city. We both are interested in meeting and spending time with new people.
