CURRENT MISSION

To travel the world discovering sustainable solutions from each country, so that we can learn from each other's ideas and become a more sustainable world. My ultimate goal is to save enough money to travel for a year and study these practices first hand while also seeing the world to its full extent.

ABOUT ME

I'm a 31 year old associate at an architecture firm in Seattle. I'm from San Francisco and studied at UC Berkeley where I had the opportunity to study abroad in Iceland and France and travel throughout Europe. I yearn to see the rest of the world and open my eyes to experiences outside the Western realm and truly understand how to be a global citizen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I backpacked through Europe when I was 20 and stayed with a couple of couchsurfing hosts. They were all very friendly and accommodating and gave me a more local and authentic way to see the cities I stayed in. I prefer staying with locals over any other type of traveling just because of that.

Intereses

I hope to learn to paraglide next summer and plan on hiking Mt. Rainier before I leave for my year-long traveling experience.
