I'm Jade, I study tourism in Lille (north) but I'm native from Montpellier (in the south). Moving alone to another city was a great experience, a way to get to know yourself better. Being independant is an important thing to me as well as travelling.
I think being alone shouldn't be a stop to travel, contrary this is just a occasion to try new experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I experimented it and really like it, it is matching with my idea of travel and tourism, most of the time I don't really plan where I'm going to go and it's the best way to meet people and experience new things.

Interests

I really like to try and discover new things, so I curently practise yoga, arts (making collages) and etching !
I usually volunteer at festivals (movies, music...), it's a different way to appreciate the event, it's more social. It's always nice to chat with new people ! Therefore I love museums (about everything, but about art , modern art is more my thing), exhibitions, shows...
I collect postcards, so I don't have a travel jornal but I write on postcards from where I went.
I love cities by night and getting lost in old streets. The unconventionnal and multi-cultural concepts are my favourite !
