Music, Movies, and Books

Music- I Love exchanging favorites :) I have a wide range of taste including reggae, classic rock, Kirtan chanting, meditation mantras, country, electronic, conscious rap, techno, folk, acoustic guitar, drum 'n' bass, Hawaiian, etc... I prefer to hang out listening and discussing music rather than sitting and watching a movie.

Movies- something that makes me giggle, takes me to a foreign destination, or a documentary that teaches me something new.

Books- anything that teaches me something I can apply day to day. I love exploring different methods of yoga, studying anatomy, alchemy, manifestation, positive affirmations. I like learning about the power of thought, the properties of crystals, and nutrition to expand my understanding of consciously nourishing my body.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done thus far was hike to the Taktsang Monastery(Tiger's Nest) in Paro, Bhutan. If you have any interest in visiting Bhutan, I say GO GO GO!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to not take yourself so seriously :)
Also I can teach you yoga, guide you through meditation, how to breathe consciously and control your breath (pranayama), and chanting in Sanskrit if you're interested in learning.
