My name is Jade and I’m 25 years old this year (yes yes...getting “mature”), it's hard to write about yourself without sounding grandiloquent (which I'm not by the way (...and as you can see I love having monologues in my head)) but I'll try.

I come from a particular background and in few lines I would introduce my little family. My mother is filipino (Pinoy ako!), my father is taiwanese and wait for it...I was born in Côte d’Ivoire, a country located in West Africa with football for religion. I learnt from this melting pot of cultures to accept everyone’s differences, point of views and features and that’s why I want to have a better understanding of each country through local people’s eyes and tear down my own stereotypes.

I studied Chinese-English Translation in Taiwan for 4 years and with precautions, I would say that I’m fluent in Spanish but since I've met people who speak as fast as a riffle I started to question my fluency (haha! yeah...I'm the only one who is laughing here). Almost forgot that one! I’ve been a French tutor for about 4 years and if you want to say sentences like "Voulez-vous couchez avec moi" or "La vie est belle!", I'm your man...or woman!

I’ve done a lot of volunteering here and there and I would like to continue this way as long as there are open hearts in this world, so I can help with anything that needs extra-muscles and extra-brain ;) (Hannibal Lecter is around the corner).

I would love to learn more about permaculture, self-sustainable life, veganism, vegetarianism, off the grid living in order to fight overconsumption and waste, don’t get me wrong, I’m also part of this overconsumption and I'm not here to convert people and ask them to follow the "right path" mouhahaha

Concerning my hobbies, I love talking about films, books, literature and field I don’t understand at all, actually I’m not afraid to ask and feel like an ignorant but that’s why I’m here, to learn!
