I grew up in a small town nestled in the deep lush mountains of BC, Canada. The outdoors are my home and my sanctuary... Meditation-Backcountry skiing-Mountain biking-Beach-Dog walkin'-Adventuring!! I love to meet people & learn of the way other human beings are flowing through this life. Travel is so stimulating, it is so far the best thing I have discovered in life -- so alone yet, so connected. I feel at heart I am an artist (whatever that may be), to create & express freely is my ultimate outlet & source of joy. My personality is very torn between all the millions of things I love, but in essence I am so happy to be insane. Haha.

Life is a joke and its so meant to be fun, I always remind myself.

Oh yes, and my favourite thing in life is CONNECTION.

I love all music, but reggae especially because it makes me feel energetic and positive. My favourite movie is the Lion king... Or Amelie or Blue is the warmest colour!! However I have sooo many. I just finished reading the book of Negroes and I would have to say it is one of my favourite books, but Hermann Hesse- steppenwolf follows close behind (although I feel I could read it 1000 times before fully understanding it)...

I can share my love for the outdoors, my love for nature and its peaceful energy. Most of my experiences have been during my outdoor adventures, and I can teach what I have come to learn in terms of safety and in terms of self-knowledge and reflection. I am open to learning anything new that comes my way, surfing, language, traditional cooking, spirituality! Anything!
