Hey there!
I'm a new transfer student here at UM and I'm having a pretty hard time finding a place to rent in this town. I have bad credit because of my student loans and I don't know anyone to around here to cosign, so I'm a bit down on my luck right now. Come January I'll be looking for a more permanent place to live, but I'm needing a place to occasionally sleep during December.
