I'm a creative, optimistic explorer. Sister of 3 brothers and tribed with many. My heart leads while my head follows to learn. I cherish adventure and meaningful conversations. I love making people smile.. Laughter really is the greatest medicine! I appreciate the connections I make with strangers and any light I can pass along on my journey.

We often get caught up in the drama of our own cinema, we forget who we really are. We forget to step back and see the larger picture. I have this inherent habit of reminding people to look on the brighter side. Ultimately, life is what you make of it. You may not have control over your circumstances but you do have a choice on how you handle it. Everything happens for a reason and one day it will inevitably reveal itself with meaning... if you so gracefully seek. Just love and so it will shine back to you. In the end, love is all anyone ever needs.

We may not know what tomorrow brings, but we can choose how we're experiencing life right now. At this very moment. Right now, I choose to be free from negativity, to be in love, to be happy, to enjoy the space I create on this earth and in my mind... that often times leads me to spontaneous adventures - expanding my awareness with the new found perspectives I venture with.

CouchSurfing has been a great support to me during my ventures all over the country and to other countries. I love the unique connections of staying with a host in an unknown place, that they can sometimes make more familiar to me. If you're not in the position to travel, I can bring the stories of travel to you! Once I establish some ground space, you are so very welcome in my home. For now, I'm still searching for the land of my dreams.

I once assisted in reviving a friend back to consciousness. Right before it happened I was in my tent meditating before laying down to rest when I heard a big thump hit the ground and concerning sounds. A friend had been partying all night and must have O.D'ed... this very white and lifeless form started to take over his face. I knew at that moment if I didn't do anything, he very likely would have passed. I assisted in bringing him back... details undisclosed. I supported him until he regained consciousness after a few hours. That is when my discover of the power of healing began.
