Hey Everyone!

I’m Jade, French, 37, and someone who genuinely loves meeting people, traveling, and finding the kind of cafés where conversations last for hours ☕️✨

I spent over 3 years living in Ireland, and recently came back from a long solo trip across Southeast Asia. I've visited North Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia. It was amazing !!

I’ve known Couchsurfing for more than 10 years, mostly through Belgium, where I surfed and met amazing (and sometimes delightfully quirky) people.

In February 2026, I’m moving to Geneva / Carouge for a new job and a fresh start.
Before that, I’ll come for a few days in January to explore the city properly — not just through Google Maps — and to look for a long-term room in a shared flat.

So I’m hoping to stay with someone for a few nights while I discover the neighborhoods and get a sense of what “home” could feel like here.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I love meeting new people and experiencing places through the eyes of locals.

Traveling isn’t just about ticking off destinations for me — it’s about making connections, sharing stories, and discovering the little things that make each place unique.

Plus, I’ve had some great experiences with Couchsurfing in the past, and I’m excited to get back into it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled in India, and it was my favorite destination.
I was in a orphenage and I had to teach english to children, it was an amazing experience
