To finish my book, and travel the world

ABOUT ME

English teacher in Surat Thani, Thailand. I'm spending the next few years of my life doing as much traveling as possible. I'm currently trying to learn to speak Thai, since mine is horrible. I'm always trying to learn more about cooking as it's one of my favorite things to do. I also train brazilian jiujitsu.

I've been writing for years and working on a book which will never get finished. Too much to write here. Just meet me in person. You may love me or you may hate me.

I exist as I am and thats all that I am....I love art and nature and all that nonsense, as well as martial arts, music and reading, frivolous banter, not being hung over, staying up all night to sleep all day, dancing like a moron, making little sense, eating while I'm drunk, emotions, intensity, realizing I'm dreaming, double entendres, oxymorons, talking to homeless people, down bedding, getting rid of a headache, laughing till I cry, inside jokes, introspection, exestentialist philosophies, disbelief, funny voices, caricatures, and, well, theres other stuff.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no meaning in life, only purpose... our purpose is to find meaning.

Música, películas y libros

Just read House of Leaves, and it blew me away. The Road and Life of Pi are quite possibly my 2 favorites. I love Vonnegut and Tom Robbins. Siddhartha is awesome. Movies: Trainspotting, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, fear and loathing and las vegas, waking life, Inception and so many others. I love a lot of music: Radiohead, Tool, A perfect circle, Arcade fire, The Decemberists, The deftones, and on and on and on

Traveling, so far has been the greatest thing I've ever done with my time..

Best sites: Angkor Wat (Cambodia), The Great Wall (China), Cinque Terre (Italy), Rice terraces of the Guanxi Province (China), Sapa (Vietnam), Suzho (China), Granada (Spain)... just to name a few of my favorites.

I can help you with your English if you're not a native speaker. Maybe I could teach you something about psychology or neuroscience since I studied it and worked in a laboratory for several years. I've also studied, and currently study several different martial arts including (but not limited to) Brazilian Jiujitsu and Muay Thai.
