ABOUT ME

Hello!I'm Jade, im 19 and at the moment i live in the beautiful city of Bath. I currently study at Uni, where my course is Creative Writing.
I love cooking and would love to cook for you!
I'm pretty easygoing, and i love spending time with my friends, or making new ones!
Also if youre visiting Bath id love to show you around, and point out all the secret places that only the locals know about! :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, im in between houses, but in september i will be moving into my new house, so am looking forward to hosting people then, or meeting up for a drink or to see the sights of Bath!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As of yet, I have no experience of surfing, but I have spoken and had drinks with people surfing, and every single one of them loved it!:). I was introduced to couchsurfing by my boyfriend Jackson. Cheers then.

Im eclectic to say the least!
Movies...
I love anything that has been made well, has a believable plot, and that you can get lost in! I recently studied Horror films, so really appreciate the conventions that that genre has to follow.... HOWEVER I HATE ZOMBIES! They scare me a lot!
Music...
I love listening to live music. I also love playing in my Samba group BLOCO TALENTO. Or chilling at home listening to really different types of music.( and dancing to it, when no ones looking!)
Books...
I'm a fast reader. And love how you can get absorbed by a book and the world within it. I love how a book can sway people's opinions, ignite people's emotions and just transport you to a better place :)

The best things that i have seen are moments where time/nature seems to stop still, and it lets you take a long look.
Amazing things ive seen...
My village in a snowstorm.
A seahorse giving birth (look it up).
Various sunsets/sunrises.
A woman falling onto a tube line, and everyone around working together to save her life.

Amazing things ive done...
Walked up a dormant volcano.
Made a human sized snowball with my two best friends.
Cooked everything i ate at uni from scratch.

I'm a good listener and would love to hear any of your stories. As a writer the best inspiration I can get is from real life!
I would love to learn more languages. And also would love to help you perfect your English if you're learning it!
